Karena’s roots at Lattice Wealth Management sprouted as an intern where she developed some proprietary approaches to analyzing many individually managed accounts, working to standardize performance while being tax sensitive. Through her resourcefulness, we handled hundreds and hundreds of accounts with sizes ranging from $50,000 to $15 million all with very consistent makeup and performance.

Proving her resourcefulness, she shifted to a more client facing role with the needs of the organization dictated such a shift. Karena is back to portfolio analysis, again developing systems and reviewing accounts to ensure we have a consistent performance profile throughout many sizes and types of accounts.
