At Lattice Wealth Management, our goal is to provide you with individual solutions to your unique situation. To do that, we created a unique 3-phase client journey to understand and solve your problems.
Phase 1:
Introduction
The first meeting is a video call to get to know you and the problems you are looking to address. During this call, I will determine if I am the right person to help you; otherwise, I can recommend other people for you to talk with.
The 2nd meeting is in-person, regardless of your location. It is very important to me to meet my clients face-to-face. This allows us to have a deeper conversation so I can fully understand your situation and problems.
We continue to meet, in-person or via video, as needed to problem-solve, develop a plan, and define your goals.
This phase also focuses on creating a plan and goals.
Phase 2:
Payment Structure
After we have created a plan, we will discuss fees.
My goal is to match my compensation with the problems I am solving for you.
I base the fee structure on three things:
- What is the scope and goals?
- What is the complexity?
- How often will we meet?
Phase 3:
Construction
During this phase, we move through the steps of solving your problems.
Depending on the plan we put in place, this phase might involve bringing in 3rd party professionals specializing in real estate, law, and accounting/taxes.
During this phase, we might also bring in family members into the discussions if appropriate.
